For over 20 years, I worked in the corporate restaurant industry, managing 17 bustling 24- hour locations. I was responsible for hundreds of employees and endless daily challenges- all while raising two small children and balancing school studies, extracurriculars and the constant pressure to perform both at work and at home.

Like so many women, I was caught in a relentless cycle of exhaustion, overwhelm, and self-inflicted guilt. There was no room for rest, and no space for me. I knew something had to change- not just for myself, but for the women just like me who are carrying the weight of the world with no time to breathe.

That’s why I created Goddess Glam.
